Warranty policy

Warranty Policy and Process Statement:

MENRED ESS offers a comprehensive warranty policy for our LiFePO4 batteries. This includes a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects and an additional 10-year paid warranty service. During the warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with an unconditional replacement. For issues caused by user handling, we offer paid repair or replacement services, focusing specifically on the Battery Management System (BMS), not the battery cells which are only eligible for replacement.

To initiate the warranty process, please locate the nearest advanced or authorized dealer for the quickest service. Before requesting service, be prepared to provide the following details:

  1. Model Number
  2. QR Code
  3. Description of the Fault
  4. Provide pictures or videos of the fault, if possible

For remote assistance, please download and register on the Zoho Lens app in advance. Our technical staff will conduct on-site troubleshooting remotely using AR technology.
